Forplay is just terrible. I paid for expedited 1-day shipping and haven't received my package.

I have tried contacting corporate and sent emails, and still no response. Do not risk it with this company. As a first-time customer, I am truly hurt by the lack of professionalism; I genuinely wanted to like them.

I called within business hours and was sent to an automated voice machine stating that I have called outside of business hours. They are deliberately ignoring calls.

When I ordered it was supposed to send it 2 days but it came days after the fact. No one to talk to, the number for customer service, says same thing every day please call back during business hours and also not all my items where delivered company sucks.
