We've been using Formstack for several years. For what we use it for it's OK but it's way over-priced.

We have recently started using a forms solution provided by our website hosting company that is FREE! and does everything we need. So now I need to cancel. One would expect some sort of link on their website to do this but NO.

I found their phone number but it's just a voicemail - no one is there at 11AM on a Friday! I eventually found the answer - click on three dots hidden on the billing page!

Formstack sign has been down for over a week and no one there has been able to do anything about it. You do not answer calls or emails.

I've dealt with this company for the last 6 years as I can't find another product that meets our needs, although I've searched for years. The customer service is ABYSMAL.

If they ever do get back to you, it's snarky and dismissive.

They do not research any issues and instead just tell you it's a problem on your end. Dumping this company will be the highlight of my career.
