Resolved: Return of item delivered 5/7/2025
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. By texting and threateing action with a consumer protection agency.
They took $40 off the amount I paid in my refund. I felt lucky to get that!they took $0
I need to return an item. All your instructions either do not open or redirect you to other instructions that do not contain info to return an item.
No matter which email I select, you cannot return the item as per the instructions. I now see numerous complaints about what I am complaining about. It appears your company deliberately misdirects and misleads customers in order to avoid returning or replacing items. If I do not hear from you within an hour, I will file a complaint with the FCC.
I've had to do this once before, and trust me, you won't like it.

Dishonest business practices
WARNING! DISHONEST COMPANY AND MARKETING!
I bought a bra from Canada - when it didnt fit they told me they are unable to accept or process a return - I am out over $200; when I tried to emails them about this; offering to pay the postage for the return they sent a brief unsympathetic these are the rules response. Really disappointed at such a disingenuous company practice.

Refuse to exchange or return
Purchased a very expensive posture bra and returned it for a larger size. This company kept return and refused to send an exchange or return my money back. I am a 70-year-old lady on social security with a painful back condition, out over $175.00!
