Ordered the Gimble camera stabilizer as advertised by Forfairy and paid 29.90 U.S. - Forfairy sent a basic selfie stick to my address instead of what I ordered.
They would not send what I asked for and only offered a 15.00 refund. That would mean I paid 14.90 U.S. for a 2.00 selfie stick. I could only get full refund if I paid out of pocket to return what I did not order.
I had used PAYPAL for the purpose of not getting scammed and they would not refund my money even though their policy states they would. I closed my PAYPAL account and refused to partake in the scam.
I did not return the selfie stick therefore Forfairy sold me a stick for 29.90...great profit margin for them. PAYPAL is just as much at fault as they would work with me...

Same issue as the others on here... Ordered Phone 3 Axis Stabilizer Gimbal and received the Bluetooth Selfie Stick. I had no idea it was coming from China or I would not have purchased it. Do Not Buy!

I received the Bluetooth Selfie Stick, not the 3 Axis Phone Stabilizer Gimbal I ordered. I sent them an email stating what I received and I wanted to return the item and get a refund. I even had a Chinese friend translate and included that in the email as well. No reply to this point and if I o get a reply, I am sure it will not address the fact that I received the wrong item and want a refund.
This is a SCAM, DO NOT BUY FROM FORFAIRY...
EVER!!! NO INVOICE OR WAY TO CONTACT OTHER THAN EMAIL.

Crap, ripoff and a perfect example of bait and switch. Note image of advertised item below showing gimbal holding phone versus the cheap selfie stick they actually shipped.

Instead, they offered me a $16 rebate on the $29.90 I paid. I complained and they finally offered me $18. They would not send me more, so I am out $11.90 plus they send me a worthless selfie stick.
They scammed many people. Google them with the word scam and you find that they are crooks from China.

They will not send the product ordered but will send a much cheaper version and only offer refunds if you send it back at your own expense. I did not order this crap selfie stick and I will not pay to send it back. I will boycott PayPal if they do not refund my money.
Go to your PayPal site and look up the transaction, request a refund. They will want email copies to company.
They will get a return address. Ship it back and send a copy of the postage receipt with tracking # to PayPal and they will refund the shipping and the price once they confirm the item was returned.
a hassle for sure but nice to stick it back at them. They did this to me as well.
