Resolved: I never recieved my order that I ordered on December 13th
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Well after 37dayy after ordering the candle and many email and some with no answers back, I finally heard for Forever wick and received my candle and It was a gift for my Sister For Christmas but I already got a replacement and gave it to her already so Im keeping the Forever Wick Candle so I can See what kind of Diamond I will be Getting, and trust me, I was in Diamond sales for 18 years before Covid hit.
My Order number is and was 601135 never got a tracking number but got an email saying it was shipped and would arrive in 4 to 7 business days.

Non-existent customer service and reliability
Ordered candles one month before Christmas during their advertised sale. Didnt receive the order for weeks, sent two inquiries and today, December 30 they send me a its been shipped email.
They his is total disregard for why I ordered on their Christmas sale. They never responded to my inquiries, sent out a blanket email about their overload of orders and inability to handle the volume but no other communication of timing, refund, inconvenience or otherwise.
These are expensive candles, the diamonds are not resale quality and more for the experience and the website is full of gimmicks. To ignore a customer is like saying we dont need customers we have more then enough, so warning to anyone wanting to buy a forever wick diamond candleprepare yourself for a terrible experience or shop where your hard earned money is valued.
