Very bad shopping experience
I ordered online 4 items. 2 cancelled by Forever New.
They said they would refund my money back. Its been 1 week. No money refund yet. 2 items havent arrived.
I also ordered 2 items from previous order.
Just one item arrived. The other one said complete but nor here yet. I dont know who to call or talk to.
Call centre is in India!!! Very bad service.
Pls dont buy anything from this company.
They trick and have bad service from online and in store. Go somewhere when they appreciate your business.
