Do NOT use this metal roofing company!
- - Roof leaked around the chimney within 6 months; repairs were ineffective.
- - New owners won't honor a 5-year labor warranty; yard left messy.
They installed my metal roof and within 6 months it leaked all around my chimney. They said they fixed it and they didnt.
All they did was put on inadequate chalk that is not meant for outside elements and it has never stopped leaking into my house. They never repaired the inside and then sold the company name and business to another person who will not honor my labor warranty that was for 5 years. They say it was only a year and I can not come up with the paperwork to prove it, even though they still have the same people working for them and they give a 5 year warranty on all work. Very sneaky and horrible work practices and liars.
I have all original paperwork except for the written warranty even after work was done we email Patrick Hayes for it with a response of he was out of town we would get it when he got back..never received it and he never took care of the issue.
Also, the yard was left a mess with material they broke a broom they borrowed from us it was a totally horrible experience and the new owners are no better. They only post the good reviews and none of the bad ones.
