Resolved: Terrible customer service and deceptive pricing
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I was confused by website for services but clarified by forever clean billing department. No further issues and I will be using them again and recommending them to others.
They charge the minimum amount for a dumpster so they can charge overage fees. They cubic yard dumpster are inaccurately labeled so they can charge extra for overage.
A 30 cubic yard dumpster can hold 15-16 tons yet they claim its only rated for 5 tons as standard pricing. Deceptive pricing
