I like to know why foremost is the Nyan my claim when their own contractor came out done the inspection said it was doing through weather and it would cost about $17,000 to be repaired they denied the claim then threaten me if I go any legal actions

User's recommendation: My own experience you will be ripped off of your monthly premiums and they'll never fix your home.

Accident basically total loss said oil leak $1100, frame $1900, grill, bumper, headlights, grill cover cosmetic damage over 2,000 only pay $500 what horrible company no response after t-bone collision real real bad accident car was $8000 now worth app. $550 after accident insurance agent didn't offer apology he should have business insurance license suspended forever someone could been killed he does not care didn't even offer phone call.

4th vehicle able recover up to $50 off $8,000 put into month insurance 521 month, does not include medical any type accident your on your own excess medical, work loss $900,000 how pay those expenses not include attorneys fees $45,000.

I called foremost to see about property insurance to mom home . mom passed away 2feb 2019. I was told no! they do not insure vacant homes. I received this home with mom passed away. I do not consider mom home as vacant our land is adjoin both having large one acre . we do not have a garage so mom garage is used by us also there is a pole Baran on the property and we store our lawnmowers and eq, store in there . we have foremost insurance on our home . I especially need insurance incase someone gets hurt. I do not know what Iam going to do with the house yet I do not want to make haste decisions because I can not get insurance. we ALSO NOT ONLY BEE AROUND THE HOUSE we keep grass mowed with yours and we are using home for relatives visit from out of town could you please check into home insurance for us thank-you,

Car basically total loss except wheel, maybe windshield body frame, motor, transmission, shocks struts, grill, bumper, headlights, suspension, front rear axles, drivetrain. Front quarter panel all completely wiped out already given estimate 3,900.00 repairs car cost 8,000 rental 600 so how can back out claim once serious injuries they still fail respond, nor offer anything after total loss, missed 3 weeks work pay lost wages, medical, body repairs i will sue insurance agent and insurance agency for negligance.

Don't use this insurance company. I wish I had looked up the Company's reputation before I used them. It only took a second to see all the complaints, what a horrible reputation. They will do whatever they can to weasel their way out of paying for damage. They are part of Farmers also, so I won't trust farmers ever again.

I'm a 76 yrs.senior that got an auto insurance policy.I placed a call got a quote the sale rep. wanted me to go paperless. I tolded them I didn't have a home computer that I had a smartphone and a kindle. They assured me I could sign the esingature on either device to complete the oontact but lt couldn't be done on either.I paid the 1st installment plus one month payment. totaling over $500.00 hundred dollars this company cancelled the policy kept my money before the 1st month was due which was already paid. After numerous calls they wouldn't issue me a refund for insurance contract I could not sign.I received a letter stating I'm in collecting for non payment for an auto insuranc policy that was never legally contracted.
