Called, had to leave our phone number for call back, I explained we had a 911 Porsche traded in to our Audi Dealership and was inquiring on a service that performed at Paramount Foreign Cars Italia. I did receive a call back just to be told that they provide no information about any service to any vehicle unless you are the owner of the vehicle. I explained to her that we were an Audi Dealership and was just checking to see if the oil was changed on this 201* 911 with 12,687 miles on it in which they performed a 40,000 mile service, I only wanted to know if the oil was changed because the 911 only has 14,000 miles on it now. She again persisted she would not tell me, I then said to her let me start over, so you won't be breaking any rules, now if I have a 911 needing a 40,000 service would an oil change be included?. She blurted out, II am not playing any games I'm not telling you anything and that is when I told her that was a poor example of Customer Service and her response was very negative. It was at that time I hung up and called another Porsche Dealership (Motor Werks Porsche of Barrington Ill. and got the information I needed.
