First, you guys are not answering your customer service line. I can't sign in after I sent money to renew; it basically took my money. I cannot sign in and would rather speak in person on the phone for help.

Your customer service is really bad
- I couldn't delete auto renewal; the toggle didn't work.
- A representative said the site had problems and would disable auto renewal manually.
I tried deleting my auto renewal several months ago and I could not. I got logged in the but auto renewal toggle did not work.
I called and got hold of a representative. He said that your were having trouble with your website and he would do it manually.
I just got a auto update that my service would auto renew. My time is valuable to me, I dont like this run around.
User's recommendation: The obvious, either dont use auto renewal or get it to work! I believe this is done by you on purpose. Not rocket science Boeing!
Can’t sign in
Be available to work things out. You keep making ForeFlight more complicated to use; more simple should be the goal. Teardrop entry is for holding patterns, not in turbo traffic over an airport.

Charge on credit card
- Automatic renewal subscriptions are criticized.
- Unsubscribe by default would be more customer-friendly.
- The unsubscribe button is hard to find.
I am puzzled why a company like ForeFlight that has actually a very good product finds it necessary to automatically renew subscriptions. It would be much better and way more customer friendly to have the default settings on unsubscribe.
Does Foreflight really bank on people forgetting to unsubscribe and therefore make a little extra money?
They should be ashamed to have such a businesses strategy. Plus it not easy to find that unsubscribe button either.

Need some assistance with new IPAD

I cannot contact anyone at this company which, apparently, intends to be an internet-only company with no human pilot support. And, if there was another company that could provide a similar service, I would cancel foreflight. And, I'm sure that you would not care.

Tampered flight logbook entries
- Resending dates about tampered logs.
- Still can't open web logbook.
- Seeking real customer support with a phone line.
I am going to resend my issues of each date referencing my tampered pilot flight logs.
And yes, I am still having issue with opening my logbook on the web. Just about to give up on it.
Checking out different flight logbooks companies that work on the web.
Most importantly a real customer service company with real people phone contacts. I just cant believe this with foreflight service.

Not sure just watch your account
I canceled my subscription, and on July 11, they took out for a new subscription. I don't want it; please return my money. Thank you, Don Doswell.

My logbook additional comment column has been tampered with additional information entries.
- Issue can only be resolved verbally on the phone; too many forms.

Just wanted to update my credit card
- I can't do this basic task without a phone call.
- My card was compromised; everyone needs the new number.
- I won't send card info by email; no return call yet.
I hate that I cant just make a simple phone call to take care of something this basic. My last credit card was compromised, so everyone needs the new number.
