Only received half my order

I ordered 10 adjusting screws for my vehicle, but they only sent me 5. I immediately reached out to them and informed them.

They opened an RMA, asked me a bunch of questions, and wanted me to send pictures of everything. I did, and then they denied the RMA because it was under $20.

Meanwhile, I am still missing half my order and they have kept all my money. By the way, the total order was $35.11.
