Arrogant and argumentative managers that talk down to customers and attempt to manipulate the customers to pay over inflated prices for worthless services!

These people are parts replacers not service techs, i have had 3 bad experiences with them in one yr with 2 separate Ford vehicles.

These people dont know what they are doing ...run away!Stay away!

They wanted me to pick the car up by the end of the month to make their month and I was out of state and couldn't and even thoigh I'd given them a deposit they sold it. Greedy finance guy and they didn't keep their word, no wonder their ratings are low

I bought a new 2015 ford f150 xlt supercrew and traded in my 2014 sierra slt crew cab. I found out that all of the people working there are in this together about taking advantage of the customer.

I found out first hand believe me. They weren't paying off my truck til I threatened to put my story about them on the internet. Then they overnighted the payoff to my truck. But I still have not received my rebate of $500 that I am suppose to get in the mail.

Stay away from ford of port richey. They'll tell you everything you want to hear. Domingo was our salesman and jeff bass the sales manager. STAY AWAY from them.

You'll thank me for it !!!!! they put words in your mouth that you never said. everything went bad after getting out of finance dept.

Went to Ford of Port Richey to speak with the service department about a noise in the engine compartment. The vehicle was still under the extended warranty that we purchased originally. Spoke to Thomas in the service department and he said they would take a look. After 3 hours of waiting and then going through unrelated items that we didn't approve from the beginniing he came out and told us what was wrong along with other items that we were not there for.

Thomas said that they would have the part in a couple of days and we could bring the vehicle in for the repair. We took the vehicle in a couple of days later to get the repair done. The repair was completed BUT between the time of picking up the vehicle and many phone calls back and forth, Thomas stated that we really needed to replace our front brake pads because they were down to metal to metal. Which to me means they were already digging into the rotors. After discussing the options with my wife we decided to get a second opinion due to the dealership wanted $250 just to replace the front brake pads.

We went to Just Brakes on Highway 19 and told them what the dealership said. They said they would take a look. After getting the wheels off of the vehicle we were taken to it to see how bad the brake pads were. They were no where near being metal to metal. As a matter of fact they stated that we could get another 3 months (20% still left) out of them. We decided to change the front and rear, cleaned up the hardware and had the complete brake system fluid replaced and rebled for $238...WOW...that dealership is a RIPOFF!!!

I wouldn't recommend them to anyone because if they're lying about a simple brake job, how much are they lying about the major things. Especially when Florida has alot of people that are retired and some are living are a restricted income. Come on Ford of Port Richey...Be honest with your customers. So if anyone knows of a truthful Mitsubishi dealership...please let me know!!!
