Bad Car
I bought a 2016..brand new Ford Focus, in 2016. My car only lasted me 4 years...My transmission went out...and it didn't even have many miles.
It was a recall...but they didn't honor it...I was careless and was forced to buy another car. I call and wrote to Ford Motor Company and received no reply.
