I did not get my order in spite of emailing them back and forth. Then they gave me another tracking number about re shipping my order, which is absolutely a joke because the tracking number they gave me is untraceable.
My order did not come. It got lost somehow.
They told me theyre going to re shipped it , when the product becomes available. Havent heard from them since then.

Your product does nothing for my brows. I am entitled to get my money back. If youre a reputable company you would refund my money ASAP!
I will keep on writing to you until I receive an answe and will let my bank know about whats going on. Any reputable company would at least have a working phone number.

Hello,
I received my package today and to be honest there's nothing in it just a bag. I wait almost 3 weeks for my order and to come just opened it with nothing .
Really disappointing. And top that I paid $76.50 for my items. I received a text on April 8th stating that my order is being delayed which I was fine with that but today when I got a text saying my oder is in the mailbox, I went out to get because I was excited to it finally came just to open it to nothing. It's also disappointing that we can't talk to anyone on the phone about our problems we just have to email I think speaking to someone then email to things fix.
Please send me the right orders that I place. Iv attached a photo just so you guys can see that I didn't receive them. If you can't expedite me my order the right order that I place for $76.50 please refund me my money back. I've emailed so many time and sent messages on Facebook and still NO response.
Iv never had any problems before till now. All I'm asking is for my order to sent right or send my money back to me.

I paid for my order June 19,2022 for the eyebrow serum and my order never came in and its July 25,2022 !!!

They are not responding to multiple emails sent
- - Sent 4 emails to return items sent by mistake; no reply.
- - Calls to the provided number yield a busy signal; customer service is terrible.
I have sent 4 emails about needing to return items sent to me by accident and haven't gotten one response. The two times I tried to call the number given it was a busy signal and couldn't get through. Terrible customer service, will never buy from them again.
