Force USA Fails to Honor Lifetime Warranty – Unsafe Product and Poor Customer Service

AI Highlights
  • - Two structural failures render the Force USA G12 unsafe and unusable.
  • - Warranty denied or reduced under Utah law, despite lifetime warranty.

Review:

I purchased a Force USA G12 All-In-One Trainer (Order #501****, Total: $5,519.67) with a lifetime warranty. The machine suffered structural failure on two separate components, making it completely unsafe and unusable.

I reported the problem on [insert date problem was first reported], but Force USA refused to provide a full refund, replacement, or credit for the full value, despite their lifetime warranty.

Instead, they tried to pressure me into accepting less than what I am legally entitled to under Utah law, acting as if they were doing me a favor.

As a disabled veteran with severe PTSD, dealing with their customer service was extremely stressful and unprofessional. The management refused to properly address my concerns, leaving me frustrated and forced to take medication just to calm down.

Force USAs actions show a blatant disregard for customer safety and legal rights.

They do not honor their warranties, attempt to take advantage of customers, and provide dismissive, unprofessional service.

Recommendation: Do not trust Force USA to honor warranties or provide safe, functioning products. I strongly caution anyone considering their equipment.

Hi, I was trying to place an order online but it would not process.

It kept saying my card was declined. I have the funds available, I called my bank and they have no record of me even trying to make the purchase. They advised I contact force USA.
