Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Joint owner now added to my account.

I requested my husband be added as a joint owner to my growth savings account. They sent an invite to him.

We completed all the necessary info, submitted the required information, etc. We got the same request four times. They finally denied the request and blamed it on information received from Chex Systems. We have obtained the reports from Chex, and there is nothing precluding him from being added to my account.

I wouldn't bother, but I have been sick.

I'm older. I want to ensure there is no issue should something happen to me.

The constant problematic bank

First of all, it takes forever to get one simple request done, it does not matter it is banking with savings or CDs. I experienced problems from the beginning, they CD and savings banking were not linked, it is inconvenient and weird.

Finally, they migrated my CDs to somewhere else and it started to take forever to close out a CD.

As for staff service is horrible from customer reps to so called supervisor (Samantha), she immediately recanted her own words and lied about my request was done. As the whole, this bank is not worth your aggravation in spite of a bit high interested rates
