finally a couple of days ago i got a label to use to return the defective itemlets see if my refund gets processed

no contacts no service defective products returns impossible

i never got any response to complaints and got no credit for mistakes made on orders; no possible voice contact at all

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered two articles of clothing that I needed to exchange/return for a different size. It takes about a week to get a response, and not all the questions have been answered.

It has been about 2 months since my initial request, and nothing has been resolved. I will NEVER purchase from them again.

Take Back Bag Issue

Ordered a Take Back Bag which arrived quickly, but then the qr code wouldn't scan, so I couldn't return it. Then the company is only reachable by email, not phone & took days to respond to my email.

Then, when they did respond, they couldn't find my order because I emailed them from a different address than I ordered from because of the way that their website is formatted.

I responded with the info they said they needed & I'm STILL waiting. ***
