The boots were different than the picture. The front of the boots are different from each other. That's why I called to let them know and see what I could do.

I need a label for 2nd return

I didnt receive a 2nd label. I have two pairs of shoes that need to go back. Also I ordered one in a different size from The Walking Company which I understand is owned by you, and they do not fit either. I cannot seem to get The Walking Company to return my call its going on four hours now.

Ordered a pair of Abeo shoes for wife, size 6.5, that were on clearance. Get shoes, they run small. So small that my wife who can sometimes take a 6 has to cram foot in them. Call to exchange, No way are they going to exchange. Told them I was giving them bad review everywhere I could. They don't care. While researching I find they are probably the most disliked company in the USA. Worse than Roundup.

$300 worth of boots I can't return.

I ordered two pairs of boots in mid November for Christmas. These were for my daughters who I was spending Christmas with. I ordered this early because first, things always get sold out early over the holidays, and second - we were leaving near the beginning of December for Prague to spend the holidays with family who live there. Neither pair of boots fit. We didn't get back to the states until the 2nd week of January - I had all of the original packaging at home. I guess it got back mid January. Another issue is the return postage. Footsmart requires you to pay the postage when you mail back. that usually is half of the value of what I'm sending. Other online stores will pay the return shipping and then deduct it from your refund. These stores get a discount on shipping i'm sure so that makes it more affordable. I think this store just hasn't kept up with the online shopping thing -

Perfect . my order came on day they told me. Enclosed in another box for shipping. shoes are clean and exactly as I ordered. Shoes right size in their very own box. Outside box had tag was : If outside box open return. These are a Christmas gift. This shoe are like walking on air. very comfortable, and comes in different colors.True to fit. Price is right. Missing part of shipment/sulky customer service person

I ordered two pairs of sandals Order #W43410**** and received notification that my order had shipped. Several days later I noticed on my Amex card that only one pair had been charged for. I called Customer Service and was told that they were being shipped from separate locations... not told there was any delay so I expected the rest of the order to come in a timely manner. The first pair of sandals showed up today so I called Customer Service to ask again about the second pair... no notification ever received to my email about what had happened to my order. I had the misfortune of being "helped" by a person called LINDY...she was rude in the extreme ... I was given the impression that I was being unreasonable because I was asking where the rest of my order was. Is this pair of sandals available or not... is it on backorder or what? This girl came across as so VERY NOT A CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENT ... maybe she just needs some guidance to at least sound helpful and not that the customer is bothering her.

I chose Footsmart because it was $10 cheaper than Zappos, what a foolish thing on my part. The shoes took forever to come and I was so upset with customer service that I wanted to return the shoes without taking them out of the box. It's been a month since I've been reimbursed and I'm still waiting. For the extra $10, I will go to Zappos from now on. They have excellent customer service and delivery/returns. Their customer service department was horrible and sarcastic - extremely upset and disappointed. Instead of trying to fix the situation, they kept telling me to have a great day almost to the point of mocking. What the rep didn't understand is that I have and will continue to voice my opinion about never shopping there again and by the looks of all the complaints, they will find themselves out of business.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes,they came,they were to big,I than returned them and had to pay $11.00 to ship back,you then sent me a new pair,I never received and let you know and you had it investigated wit fed ex,they did indeed deliver here,obviously someone stole them,my fault I guess,when I called Footsmart to report I did not get my shoes they told me they would investigate and get back to me on Wednesday and they did not,I had to call them and hey said the shoes were delivered,from there they told me I had to file a police report,which I did,I will send the police report when I get it.I have been a customer for many years but I cannot tell you how disappointed I am in the way you handled this,just not fair,you should have replaced my shoes and kept a good customer,instead I don't have a good thing to say about your company now,I am not able to get out anymore and I will have to go to the police station to get this report and you people just don't care,that's why this world is the way it is,even companies don't care anymore.Not happy with you anymore bonnieoliver@***.net

Footsmart - Shoes Review

Shoes are very hard for me to find. I have to wear certain style shoes.

I have been ordering shoes from foot smart since 1990's and never had a problem up until now. The shoes I ordered was always a good quality shoe and last for up to 2 to 3 years wearing daily. Às of December 2015 I searched until I found a descent pair of dress shoes. I paid a substantial prixe for those shoes.

After receivong the shoes I was not able to wear shoes for over 6 months. I was under the impression I had order a good support shoe and when I was able to try them on I discovered they had a rubber hill which was not described in the order book. I felt as if I was walking like a seesaw. I called and talked with a representative who proclaimed he had no idea of the name of the company nor a address or a phone numbér to contact customer service.

He said they just was the distributor, I called back again later on and was told I had to contact customer service online only. I still have not been able to get in touch with anyone. I don't have money to throw away. I work to hard.

This was false advertisement with a hidden agenda. I can't wear any type of shoe.

I have to have a good support shoe. I only ask to return the shoes for a refund.

I ordered some orthotics from Footsmart last week. They sent me an email telling them to call them about the order. I had forgotten my phone at home and couldn't call them back. The next day I got and email saying that the order had shipped. I figured that there was no problem. A few days later I got the shipment, only to find out that they shipped the item, but in the ladies size. These do not fit. I called, they said the item I ordered was out of stock, and that they would not take them back and credit me the amount. They said since they were clearance - no returns. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG ITEM (it appears they willingly did this as to not have to cancel the sale). Then they tell me I can't return them. This was not my error! Some of the worst customer service I've ever seen. I'll never order anything from them again!

So disappointed in Footsmart! Terrible customer service! I purchased "FS Stretchies Faye Flat" shoes on 10/24/16 for my mother in law who has Parkinson's disease. We guessed as best we could what her size would be in this shoe. The shoes arrived and were too big. I was happy to pay shipping to send them back and exchange for a smaller size. I did not ask for my money back! Footsmart took the time and spent the money to send the ill-fitting pair back and say sorry, no exchanges. Really? The website says they have the other size we needed in stock! You've lost these customers Footsmart.

On 7/7/2016 I returned a pair of shoes. On 7/13/2016 I received a confirmation e-mail that Footsmart received them and I would receive a refund in 6-10 days. No refund. Sent e-mail inquiring about refund. No response. Called customer service on 8/2/201

6 and was told refund was issued 7/22 and would show on my credit card Friday 8/5. Still no refund.

I have been getting bold faced lies about this refund.They tell me refunds will be issued within a certain time and they aren't. If there is a problem they should inform me. I am out $134.95 and I don't have the shoes. They sent me a duplicate order. I paid for

Both pairs of shoes when I only wanted 1 pair . I want my refund.

I have bought many shoes in Footsmart, and my last purchase is really dissapointing. I just tried to return one of the 3 (three) pais of shoes, and they won't accept it. They say that all liquidation sales are final. And ALL of their sales ARE ON LIQUIDATION!!!!! Therefore, there are no returns. DO NOT BUY IN FOOTSMART.

Convoluted return

I am having considerable difficulty trying to make a return. It has been frustrating so far to the point of disgust. I have tried a number of ways to accomplish this task. I feel it is bad enough to have to pay the return shipping, but they could at least make it less convoluted. I wonder why more than 100 words are required to explain a simple complaint. I wonder if they total more then one hundred now? Oh I now see that there is a tally spot to tell me how many words I have used, only twelve more to go---now nine, eight, seven, six, five, four. three, two, Oh!!! there !! I have met the number required!!!
