Won’t Pay Return Shipping on Poor Quality Fabric

Displeased with this company’s quality of fleece and customer service. Ordered several adult footed pajamas, but felt the fabric was too scratchy, so I called the number as instructed on the packing slip to initiate the return process. When answering calls, customer representatives repeatedly did not identify themselves until advising of email instructing as to the address to return within 21 days items that were “never worn” and “free of hair”. On top of the near $20 I paid to have the order shipped to me, I was required to pay an ADDITIONAL $23 to return items with which I was dissatisfied. While I appreciate that the refund for the items minus shipping was promptly processed, I find nowhere on their site where reviews are welcomed. Poor customer service and business practice not to foot the bill to have inferior items returned. We will not be ordering from this company again.

Our shipment of two chenille kids pajamas destined to become halloween costumes arrived right on schedule. Unfortunately, while the protective plastic bag label on one said "large" the garment tag said "extra-large" and they were too big for my daughter. I sent an email to the company (their phone lines were randomly down that day) and received a prompt email and phone response that promised to resolve everything, including calling over to the warehouse to have them verify that interior product matched exterior labels. footedpajamas.com overnighted the replacement product at their cost and I had the right product in my hands after less than 24 hours. And they are as comfy and cozy as they seem. Very impressed with how they handled the problem and will be a repeat customer!

Not happy at ll

I bought a pair if footed pajamas from FootedPajamas.com for my wife and the feet were too big. When I emailed customer service to get an RMA, i was told that i would have to pay for return shipping (NOT COOL AT ALL!!!), this is out and beyond what I had already paid to have the item shipped in the first place. In this day and age, any reputable company will pay for return shipping. To say the least, I will NEVER do business with this company again and I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company.

Cannot return - sizes are very inaccurate

I ordered a pair of extra small pajamas. However, when I received the pajamas, I found that they are huge. When, I placed the order, the pajamas showed as on-sale, but not clearance. I did not see anything about final sale (no-returns). When I received the pajamas and saw how big they were, I wanted to exchange. However, my receipt said final sale - clearance. So, I could not exchange for the correct size. Also, on the website, the pajamas were a soft pink; but the ones I received were a loud pink. I will never buy anything else from footedpajamas.com.

I bought several pairs of footed pajamas....for two adults and two boys....all were in shreds within two months...zippers shredded, also the crotch material was shredded. So disappointing as my grandsons loved them.

I ordered some footy pajamas for my son for Christmas. When I received them they were of very poor quality and way to big for the size I ordered. My husband called to ask about shipping them back and was told he could not because they were a clearance item. I was not happy with this so I tried to call them. I spent 30 minutes on hold and was hung up on. I called back and was on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes before I finally gave up! I guess I am out $35.00 for something I can not use!!!
