You guys are glutens for punishment. Youre absolutely the worst retail company I have ever dealt with. I will never shop here again and I will be sure to dissuade family and friends to do the same. Is that enough?

Customer service is terrible. The store itself forgot to remove tag. Their phone says the are closed, all day Saturday and Sunday.

Purchased a pair of white air max 95s and they have delivered damaged. One is scuffed and the other has either lipstick or ketchup on it. Customer service is terrible, put on hold and then cut off after 5 mins multiple times. Online help is even worse, will not be using this company again.

Bought a pair of shoes Adidas on Saturday, August 6 and by Tuesday, August 8th The soul of the shoe had pulled away. They are not wearable. I ordered a pair of so-called boots and received a pair of very cheap slipper like foot coverings. I contacted the company to return because they were obviously not what the picture showed.

They sent me an email saying sorry I was disappointed but they wouldnt return because of personal preference. I said it was not personal preference it was a blatant difference in what was in your picture and what they sent me. They finally said I could return them but I would have to pay my own postage and gave me a Canada address. In checking postage it cost $50 to return the slippers and I paid 43 for them.

Then after pushing more they sent me a link to file a complaint. And the link did not work. Do not buy from this company.

Shoes shipped to the wrong place

Ordered some shows were supposed to be delivered to 809 Clifford st, Odessa Tx 79763. Lady called and said she received them but she lives in Athens Tx. Keep calling the store in Midland Mall but no one answers.

Are used Footactions online website for the first time to order two pairs of shoes. Per their return policy as long as the shoes are returned in the same way they were received the customer should not be charged $6.99 restocking fee. I followed these policies for the return however Footaction is charging me $6.99. Talk to three customer service representatives none of them are willing to help. They kept claiming it was part of the policy even though its not stated anywhere. Unfortunately this will be the last time I ever give this company more money.

Good Evening, I am writing you regarding my experience in your store at North Riverside Mall in Riverside, IL Store #295****. There was a lot of hostility towards me simply asking a question about my order. I ordered through the foot action app for pick up the next day. I came and was told the opposite. I was not hostile but it was perceived that I was. Jada an employee of yours acted with emotion as opposed to professionalism. I was confused about why she was so argumentative when I simply had a question. Maybe train on customer service properly. If I had been in an emotional state as opposed to calm it would have escalated.

I haven't been contacted by Footaction at all since sending this email on July 31, 2020:

I received a small package containing a Nike waist bag and not the Timberland Superboots that I ordered from FootAction. The shipping label and tracking number was assigned to me while inside the package was an Eastbay invoice for the person in which it was intended for.

Perhaps this was an honest mistake in which the packages soemhow got mislabeled; or this was intentional.

I'm requesting that rectify this mishap as soon as possible. by shipping me the item I've purchased, also send me a return label for the item that was wrongfully sent to me.

Attached are pictures of the: shipping label; the Eastbay invoice addressed to someone else; and the Nike waist bag that was inside the package.
