Extra charge

I bought my daughter ahoes online for $99 size 7.5 picked up at store returned after chridtmas for a size 8 manger ordered them for me but at an extra charge of $39 your website states gauranteed fit or exchange for FREE??? Manager said they were no longer on sale online so i had to get bigger size at full price $140 obviously the store manager made a mistake as this would be against your online policy.

I would like the $39 charge reversed as my daughter picked them up from your store located in kamloops BC aberdeen mall today . The manger also told me they were never sent sizes bigger than ladies 7.5 so getting an 8 could only be done through your online option!

User's recommendation: Don't buy online unless paying full price as charged at store of your preferred pickup. If they don't fit you will be charged non sale price to exchange for proper size. Even tho the website says guaranteed fit or exchange for free this was not honored at the store where shoes were picked up!

I really feel like i was scammed!

I tried placing order online. Said in red letters something went wrong.

So I tried ordering again. With success. Only to get two confirmation emails. That I placed 2 orders.

I only wanted one. They will not cancel one of the orders, even tho I called right away. I do not have a store near me to return. And it is all the money I have for christmas shopping.

Thanks foot locker. Maybe you can explain to my children why you took all my money!

Made up policies and holding refunds hostage

I had two returns to footlocker. When the first one was processed, they charged me a 6.99 restocking fee that is not disclosed on their website.

I called to complain and they literally said "too bad, that's our policy". I ask them to show me where the policy is stated on their site and they said "it's not, this is just how it is". So I complained to PayPal, and they agreed with me and refunded me the 6.99 fee. Cut to the next return which still hasn't been refunded even though it shows that they received the item week ago.

I called in to ask and they told me that because I complained about the restocking fee on the previous return, they will not be refunding my second item. How is that possible? So they have my money and they have the item but they aren't giving me either.

Footlocker is a scam company. I will literally NEVER shop there again and will be letting everyone I now about my experience.

Not getting discount for a different size shoe (same model)

Hi I just bought a pair of converse shoes from footlocker in the mapleview mall burlington, ontario. The pair of shoes are black not a chuck ones.

I wanted to buy them since they were displayed on 25% off. When i cashed them out at the checkout point, the employee told me that the sale is only on size US 8 and not on US 9 for the same shoe. How weird is that the only size 8 is on sale and not size 9 and she did not help me at all with giving me discount.

I ended up buying them, but i still would like to get the discount since that was the only reason i tried to buy them at foot locker and not a different store. So, i really want to get the discount money back

Misinformation and bad customer service at Footlocker Toronto

The Footlocker website announced a new shoe drop on April 1 and several people waited in line for hours in the morning prior to opening, only to be told when the store opened that the product would not drop until a few days later...shame on you Footlocker, you have left such a bad impression on my son and his four friends that they will NEVER shop at your company again. Customer Service at its worst.

Order got canceled. I haven’t got refund

I ordered shoes on September 17 I didn't get any confirmation mail till September 21 it was showing on process but my bank account shows they took money on September 17 itself. And on September 22, I received a mail that is your order is canceled due to out of stock and its been 4 days after that mail I didn’t get any refund to my account.

Worst Online Shopping Experience EVER

Worst experience I've ever had shopping online.

First, in order to use a promo code, I had to meet a certain total order amount so I added an extra item to my order. I was able to check out fine but when I received the order confirmation email it didn't list all the products in my order.

A day later I receive an email saying the items I wanted were out of stock - so now I only received that extra item I threw in to use a promo code. It would be nice to know the availability BEFORE checking out.

You receive items from Foot Locker directly in the shipping bags. The clothes are never wrapped or in their own bags, they're just thrown into the mailers. Half the time I receive something it's dirty but this time one of the white shirts I ordered had a huge *** stain on it! Like seriously, what kind of quality control is this?

Never ordering from Foot Locker again.
