Foot friendly ripoff
- Shoes were too wide; I returned them at my expense and await a refund.
- In July I ordered two bras (40B and 44DD); refunds are still pending.
On the 1st august I sent for a pair of shoes when they arrived they were much to wide so I returned them at my own expense and waited for my refund, which I should have known better because in July I sent for 2 bras size 40b when they came one was a size 40b and the other was a 44dd, well say no more I am still waiting for refunds, in the meantime I have been enjoying reading about the way Healthy living direct workers get treated, they are the sister company they are nearly as bad as there customers. Foot Friendly mail order company not customer friendly
- Ordered 8/11/11; charged 9/11/11.
- Letter 18/11: goods not within 3 weeks.
- Phone line hard to reach; long waits.
- Gifts won't arrive before Christmas.
I ordered on 8/11/11 and was charged on 9/11/11. Had a letter dated 18/11 stating goods would not be more than 3 weeks. This company is impossible to phone. The customer service line costs 10p per min and it is nothing for them to have you hanging on 40 mins or more at a time, just giving you the message that you are moving up the ***. I have spent more that £17.00 in phone calls to them. They did not answer their emails either.
I am now told that my Christmas presents will not be arriving before Christmas and whats more they cannot even give me any idea when they will be arriving.
The supervisor I spoke to today had to agree that their customer service is absolutely abismal, but he could do nothing about it.
My advice is stay well clear of thei company.
