USPS Package

I received a USPS package for Nate Coffee. Tracking # 9400 11** **33 7941 **** 92. It has my address, but Im not Nate Coffee, and I have never ordered anything from Foot Cardigan. I will mark addressee unknown and pop back into mailbox.

Contact frustration

I have been a customer for years. However, I have been trying to contact someone in your company to update my payment info. NO LUCK THERE GUYS! Sooooo, I guess is I do not hear back from you just cancel my subscription! This is NOT customer service! And now you want at least a 100 word detail message? Help!!! How do I update my shipping address, nothing works!!!

I have a years subscription and have contacted the e-mail address 4-5 times to change my shipping address. An e-mail is sent promptly with a lame reply about "Two shakes of a lambs tale" or somthing??? really wierd. Just respond to my e-mail. I tried to set up an account to update the address but it does not recognize the e-mail that is on the subscription so no information about me is in the account information. I tried to call....the number is out of order I tried to e-mail the CEO via linkedin...the system would not allow me to send an e-mail to him... I'm stuck!~! Do not get a subscripton from this company ...it is poorly run and messed up....they just take your money!!!!

Foot Cardigan .... STAY AWAY!!!!!

If you are looking for a monthly sock subscription and are considering FOOT CARDIGAN, save yourself the time, money, and aggravation!!! I contacted them after receiving the THIRD pair of socks in the SAME COLOR (out of five pairs), and asked them to address the fact that I was getting socks in the same color rather than a variety, like they advertise. Their basic response was to say "sorry, but too bad" and then cancel my subscription. I informed them that I could be retained as a customer with little effort, to which they replied again, "sorry, but can't help you" (in so many words). They do not value customers, and do not care to try to make you happy or fix what is clearly a flaw in their system if they are sending 60% of their socks in the same color. If you want to have fun with a sock subscription, DO NOT go to Foot Cardigan. Try Sock Fancy instead ..... They are cheaper (they don't add $2.00 taxes/fees) and they are happy to take returns if you want something different.
