I Bought the cuisinart food processor .7 plus model several years ago but did not do due diligence and lived to regret it. It is cumbersome and performs poorly, shreds and grinds instead of cutting and slicing cleanly and evenly. As a result I have been using the food proc...
Wolfgang Puck - Only a few years old and won't work
by DivergentLabradoodle415 #15570261.0
We got a made in China Wolfgang F#%k oh sorry I meant Puck for a Christmas present about 3-4 years ago. Now it has power but won't engage.
We tried multiple times and made sure the safety lock was engaged. The thing that *** me off is that we only have used it maybe 2x a year. 8 total uses and the thing won't work.
How many people would buy a product that was honestly advertised to work 8-12 times? No one. I'm 56 and will die someday and when I look back on life's mysteries I will wonder why the USA has bought so many cheap poorly made Chinese products.

Rue La La - Missing items, no results!
Rue La La
by GrandPrawn #13953601.0
Ordered a food processor and it was missing 2 accessories listed as included with it. Have emailed back and forth with Ruelala, being told they were looking into it, then offering a small refund to keep it as is.
Said they were looking into it, then came back saying unable to fill order, items not available. Oh and then offering a refund again, less then the first refund they offered!
RIDICULOUS! False advertising and terrible customer service!!

I have a wolfgang puck food processor which I purchased new several years ago. It is model: BFPR 0011. In order to use the circular blades you need to slide a plastic disc post over the stem. I ordered and received two replacements after the original broke. Those two ha...

Bought a food processor and found that it was missing a disc stem. Without same, the item doesn't work. When I contacted Oster via e-mail, I ended up with a "canned" e-mail response stating that the "accessories" were not warranty items. This unit does not function with...
