Its difficult to understand why this is so complicated. I received a damaged item and I want to no return it have my Amex credited.
What do you have to research?
This is a simple refund I read your refund policy. Just settle this now or you will have to deal with it on another level. Tomorrow I will call my lawyer and he can take it from here. Im too busy to be involved with this any longer.
Am I dealing with a human being or an avatar or something. You are making no sense to me.Food52 and is not known as reputable company but rather one that numerous complaints filed against it. I highly recommend NOT doing any business within company. I do find it very discouraging that Food 52 has such a poor reputation in regards to customer service.
Ii was hoping that this could be resolved clear this up without me taking legal action but I am in touch with my lawyer at this point.
Im so sick and tired of the run around Im getting from Food52.
They have the worst customer service that I have ever dealt with. What a disgrace they are!

Incomplete order and no response to email
Have emailed them now 3 separate times in 2 months about an incomplete order. Ordered a bridal shower gift and only received 5 pieces of a 20 piece order.
Theyve had my payment for over 2 months but cant seem to find the time to reply to my email.
Horrible Horrible customer service. Definitely do NOT recommend!
