Fomona is the best, , siempre sus services han sido Buenos al 100 % me équivoque en yn numero para una recarga , y como no me lo pueden devolver por culpa de la politica cubana ,le regalaron un credito para rectificar, y siempre sus servicios han sido ,puntual y sin problema yo llevo anos utilisando sus servicios y siempre hé estado satisfecha

I sent a recharge to Cuba 2 days ago and the recipient has not received it yet. I've talked to 3 people about it and have given them the information they requested and instead of resolving the issue they want me to join a help line and pay for it and give them my credit card information, which is suspicious because Fonona already has it. Why can't they just send the recharge to Cuba ??

to recharge telephone numbers in cuba is since 2024 very bad and don't work most of the times or it may take 3 days for the 2nd recharge

I have made several calls to costumer service only to have no answer no one have jet reach out to try to resolve my issues I am extremely disappointed with the level of service given the fact that I have a costumer for a long time this is unacceptable I hope some have the decency and the companion to call me and take care of my issue

I sent a recharge to a family member and Cuba. Unfortunately, it was sent to the wrong recipient.

I need that to be sent to the right person.
