I've talked to 3 people about it and have given them the information they requested and instead of resolving the issue they want me to join a help line and pay for it and give them my credit card information, which is suspicious because Fonona already has it. to recharge telephone numbers in cuba is since 2024 very bad and don't work most of the times or it may take 3 days for the 2nd recharge
