The worst!

Trying to run a $15,000,000 business with no phones is kind of hard. You will not be able to get anyone on the phone that can help nor a call back from a manager. Try to reach the CEO is like, well it's not going to happen! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We have lost business and are looking at options with our lawyers. Do your research I don't want anyone else to go though this. THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE WORST THE VERY WOSRT EVER

AWFUL Customer service

Fonality Customer Service is awful! If I try to get them on the phone I wait 30-60 minutes to talk to someone and most of the time they can't fix my issue. When I don't have time to sit on hold, I submit a ticket via email and it takes 24-48 hours to even get a reply. I cannot wait for our company to switch providers! I'm sick of dealing with these Customer Service reps that have no idea what they're doing. Also, their reporting only refreshes every 15 minutes, what about live feed?!?!

This can't be a real review. We use Fonality and (a) they don't provide email support at all, just tickets from their control panel, live calls 24/7, and live chat.

And (b) reports are not every 15 minutes, you can select the duration. And (c) there is a live feed.

That's what HUD is for! This site is bogus.

This is a real review! If you go to their Fonality Support you can submit an email ticket. If you go to: http://www.fonality.com/support and select open ticket you can submit one that way.
