Portal never has worked properly.
Follow My Health. Not fixed. as usual.
enooNUsing messages to request an appt. 'Schedule an Appt.' does not work.
Unable to Choose type of appt. Unable to scroll down to correct physician. Have drs. listed i have not seen for 10+ years.
One dr. retired last year, still on 1st page.
Please help.

I can't even add a provider.
Their little action box is totally a waste. It gives "3 ways to enter your providers(s)".
None work for me, and the third choice is Hospitals or Clinics. I am trying to enter my primary health physician and my preferred pharmacy.

If you have problems logging in and the FAQ's are meaningless you are screwed! They don't want to talk to you or even chat with you!
I went in on Google and set up an account and even got a congratulatory email for setting up my new account. But now magically my account can't be found -- really?
So I'm advised to use a different log in approach because I probably didn't really use Google in the first place. What a colossal waste of time -- but even more telling is the unbridled Arrogance!
You can't find the account you congratulated me for setting up and now you're just too busy to communicate with me?
Wow! Gotta call my doc and get a script for industrial strength NAUSEA!
