Poor service
We had a system failure in the coldest part of the winter. Foley Mechanical did the original install.
Took over a month for them to come out just to assess what was wrong then another month to get the part to fix. We were at 40 degrees inside for the whole time!!!
Very poor customer service unless you are their buddy.
Very high prices too. Big mistake ever using them
User's recommendation: Seek other service providers
Foley continues to be unprofessional
It has now been one year since the heater was installed by Foley Mechanical. When they ignored our complaints we spoke with Carrier (The units were Carrier Merchandise) they listened to our complaints about the units but did nothing.
{Carrier actually guarantees their units to cool or heat at a 20 degree differential from the outside temperature. And we told them we were not able to reach that in our home.) So we went to Wells Fargo, who we used to finance the majority of the project. It took over 4 months, but Wells Fargo investigated and decided Foley was in the wrong and they bought back the loan, leaving us with a zero balance towards them. After that Tim Foley the owner called us and said he wanted to come by within the week and remove his equipment.
He had already refused to fix the problems we have and he still has $4000+ of our money. We want to go to another dealer and have them fix it, but our money is still tied up with Foley.
Since he has threatened to make our house unlivable we have decided we need to hire a lawyer. Btw, Foley is part of a group called ServAssure, which "guarantees 100% satisfaction or your money back." Don't believe it.
I've paid over $14,000 to Foley Mechanical of Medford NJ for a new heating & cooling unit and they don't work.
First a contract that was supposed to be done in two stages was changed to costing over $3,000 more when it was time to complete the second stage. Then they miscalculated the square footage and cubic square footage of my house by over 300 feet and have installed units that they say are working properly, but my house can not get lower than 75 degrees when it is 88 degrees outside.
The only time my house gets to 70 is when the sun goes down. The owner has stood me up for two meetings to try and resolve this issue. I've paid over $14,000 and my home is uncomfortable. They don't return phone calls and they tell you it is working correctly even when it won't hit the temperature you are asking.
Stay away from this company.
You can find better quality units and better customer service for less money.

- Xavier reminds me of a used car salesman
Preferred solution: Fulfill your promise that my house can maintain a comfortable 70 degrees when it is 90+ outside and I will no longer need a space heater in my bedroom when it is winter.
