Not paid incentive

I was told after the interview that I would receive a incentive in the mail the following week. It's been over 3 weeks and no incentive. It's amazing when services are committed but no payment is received. If I owed money to an business or organization, they would want their money immediately.

Lost my link for a focus group schedule today and the response was amazing.I called and left a message with my phone email and name and then I decided to follow up with an email. And before I knew it I had a response very impressed

Never been paid

I did a focus group online via zoom webcam on January 27th and havent received payment. Ive done a few with them in the past and incentive were always paid within a day or two with a virtual Visa card or gift card of your choice. Since theyve paired up with 20/20 payment has been very sketchy. I will not do anymore online focus groups with them.

User's recommendation: Stay with in person focus groups if available.

Haven't not been paid yet for a survey I did back in December of last year

I completed a survey on December 8th, and havent been paid for that survey , and Ive been contacting the customer service line for acouple weeks now, and no response .

Never paid me for focus group

I participated in an online focus group and never got paid the $75 I was promised. Ten phone calls later, still no response.

User's recommendation: Don't participate online with them.
