I forgot my password and hit the option to get sent a email but there is no email in my box and I cannot get into the app at all.

- - No live support; customer service is unreachable and emails are generic, so I won't upload photos.
I get notifications on my phone on the Foap app that I am unable to pull up or look at or even read or know anything about. I cannot reach anyone from customer service.
I have sent emails and only receive a generic reply. I will not upload my photos to a site where I cannot communicate with a live person
Preferred solution: I would like to get a phone call from a customer service rep who can tell me why I cannot read my notifications
