Foamiture Will Not Post Negative Reviews

Bought a couch because it would fit in a strangely sized space unlike regular furniture. Single adult owner working 9-5, rarely used. Covering on the couch began to crack and fall apart in under 6 months. Contacted company and they said that only "large animals" and "sharp clawed animals" are capable of cracking the covering and that it must have been abused. I do not own any animals, not even a fish. Posted 2 star review saying how I liked the comfort and convenience of the product but that the covering was poorly made and the company would not acknowledge this in any way. Review was never allowed to post to their website. Tried posting second review, giving the product 3 stars, and trying to be overly nice about the product's high points - review was still never allowed to be posted. Tried posting a third review which gave the product 5 stars but in the body of the text acknowledged the shortcomings in the covering of the couch - review went live on the site but was removed within 24 hours. Only praising reviews are allowed to go public by this company. I am not entirely opposed to their products but am highly offended by their ongoing attempts to mislead customers through deceitful and dishonest business practices.

Terrible customer service.....and takes much longer to arrive than noted on website

I ordered a chair and ottoman for my grandsons birthday....after calling to determine a delivery date they told me 7/24... Today is 7/25, called to inquire about the products...was told it won't ship until 7/29 and then arrival is at least 3 days from then. Not one person called to state the delivery date would be missed...if I hadn't called I would still be waiting with no information. Definitely the last time I order from here.....this is not cheap stuff for a 4 year old... How hard is it to pick up a phone and explain the delay.

I bought a love seat from the company and it started to fall apart within 10 months of the purchase. I would have to pay shipping for them to look at it and reject it. I also reviewed the product on their site, and it turns out that they screen all the reviews. Since my review was negative, they deleted it and locked me out of being able to submit further reviews. I am not abusive to my furniture nor do I have children or pets destroying it on their own. This product was made of a really cheap material that didn't even last a year.
