Horrible Company
They have great bands, but not any idea of how to treat repeat and good buyers....You will wait and wait and wait months for your cd to even be shipped, then steve will send emails, of how he didnt forget you.... What a laughing jerk.....stick with your word buddy
FNA Records stole our content, our materials we sent
FNA stole our content, original 1980's recordings, photos, flyers and historical news articles. Our 5 year contract expired in the first quarter of 2017, and the owner Steve Lockhart promised to send it all back and never did.
Now they are ignoring all our calls and emails, even blocking or closing emails we have for our contact with them. Also, under our contract we were supposed to get 10 copies of the cd release for each band member. Only ten arrived, smashed in the box....so they said theyd resend. They never did....
then i paid *** ll price for 10 in 2014 ....
We want our very priceless historical intelectual property back!!! They sent spreadsheets without CPA certified accounting, claiming they are still in a hole....too bad...send our stuff back!!!
FNA records, LLC is a scam!!! Scammed me and knows about it.
Still they have not resolved the issue. They are not very concerned about customer service. They are on Facebook.
I ordered $50.00 worth of cds from the site online: http://www.fnarecords.net and one of the cds was defective. I sent several emails to the person in charge: golhhmhch@***.com
I also got on their facebook page and placed a comment and was told the issue will be resolved and the owner will contact me...
total LIE!!! I never received any email or phone call apologizing for the issue... in other words they are keeping the money and not caring about customer satisfaction. This is the first time I ever ordered from them...
Going back to when I placed the order, I asked for a tracking number and why it was taking so long to receive the order. A got a response from someone at customer service asking me what I ordered... My goodness, they cannot even look up the order number?! After that, I know that was a bad sign already.
I am in the shipping business and understand the value of customer satisfaction. Anyway, I was informed that one of the cds was on back order and it would take a week to receive it. Believe it or not, that cd was the one that was defective. When you played it, you heard a gospel choir.
Obviously, someone at FNA records erased the cd and burned something else on it....
excellent example of the kind of people they have working there. It was not problem for them to take or should I say "Steal" my money once I placed the order on their paypal site.

This is what happens when non-musicians try to start labels to help musicians.
Always trying to make a quick buck off other peoples work. At least Retrospect is ran by musicians FOR musicians.
