I own an FN RIFLE that has no identifying caliber stamp. I do not have issues with FN Herstal. I am only asking for information regarding an FN rifle that has no caliber stamp.

FN should be able to provide me that information without hestiation or delay. FN should have pertinent info about any of their products if customer provides serial number and other identifying marks.

Customer service is horrible so are the firearms

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is worse than the overpriced trash firearms they sell. The only reason they got one star is because I had to to leave the review.

I have had similar multiple bad experiences trying to get replacement and any upgraded parts for my FNS 9 and FNS 40 pistols. The only answers I have received when speaking to the rude, uncarring, FN "customer service" reps are: 1.

NO! 2. "We don't recommend changing ANYTHING on OUR pistols! (-not even the 7 lb./ heavy, gritty trigger to have a chance at shooting FN's in competition!) 3.

"We have DISCONTINUED the FNS pistols and no longer sell parts for them". So, this former dedicated FN owner and promoter has "DISCONTINUED" and sold/traded my FN's for other alternative brands that support their CIVILIAN customers.

Like Glock. To heck with FN's, since they seem to care less about non-Military and non-police customers who desired to shoot FN pistols in regional firearm shooting competitions, or desire to upgrade or replace ANY part for better performance.

FN isnt happy until you arent happy. They will not sell replacement parts and they will not repair firearms that have been modified with aftermarket parts like stocks or triggers. I will be selling off my FN products as there is no factory support for them and the factory refuses to supply replacement parts.

I agree entirely with this review and how the guy now feels regarding FN USA. I was a dedicated fan of FN firearms until I called ("Joe"-) FN "customer service"(or lack therof).

I was interested in using my FN pistols in competitions and inquired if any (lighter, smoother)replacement "competition" trigger was available from FN to improve the heavy, gritty, slow stock FNS 9 trigger. Here is how my questions were answered by "Joe" of FN USA: 1. I am interested in shooting competitively with my FNS 9mm, but need a lighter (than the current 7lb pull) trigger. Answer: "Uh Huh".

2. Does FN Herstal or USA make/have any replacement/competition triggers for the FNS series? Answer: NO. And we don't recommend changing ANYTHING on OUR pistols.

3. Can I at least buy a replacement/safety upgraded striker from FN to replace the stock striker, which I have read online is causing unintentional discharges? Answer: NO! -And "...WE HAVE DISCONTINUED THE FNS PISTOL MODEL!

" -in a shouting voice to me. " Try XYZ parts company, as we HAVE DISCONTINUED that pistol! (FNS-series) Note:My "discontinued" FNS pistols are less than ten years old, but have been replaced by the almost identical FNS 509, which cost at minimum twice what the FNS pistol cost new. So FN USA-since you no longer support your FN-owning CIVILIAN customers(former Military) who desire to shoot and promote your companys' products, offer no competitive upgrade parts and FN "customer service" rudely answers every question with a "NO!" or "...we have DISCONTINUED that pistol Sir!

- Then I want you/FN USA to know that I have sold/traded my three "discontinued" FN-FNS pistols! And that I do not appreciate the rude, "we could care less-since you are a civilian who desires to shoot FN pistols in regional competitions, so you don't matter at all to FN USA"-attitude of your employees and company in general. I am very dissapointed in FN USA and how they are "dissing" the same CIVILIAN customers who helped FN gain a foothold in the USA and formerly promoted FN products/FNH series pistols to other sport shooters.

Goodbye forever FN. Glock has excellent customer service and has been friendly, courteous and helpful to me since trading my FN's and FN bad attitudes/rude, uncarring, unhelpful customer service for new Glocks.

Do not honor rebate!

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

I bought ban FNX-45 in March 2019. The promo was to receive 3 magazines $150 dollar value.

I filled out all the info online and sent proof of purchase all required documents. I called to check status of my rebate and customer service said they emailed me saying that I didn't select model number. I have a screen shot showing all the info filled out properly. I even have rebate tracking number showing this as backup.

They told me there is nothing I can do. I will not recommend this company to anyone who asks when purchasing a firearm. In the grand scheme of things a $150 promo from a company is nothing; but for a customer saving up and buying the the promo deal made me lean towards their product. Should have bought an HK.

Horrible Customer service. I will be contacting the gun dealer I bought the gun from to warn them.

Does not Honor Rebates

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I picked up an FNS9c over a Glock because it had a nice little rebate for a Inforce APLc (from Bass pro). A month after turning in the rebate form, I emailed their support asking the status of the rebate. To my surprise... They told me that it was denied because my serial number wasn't right... And it was definitely right. I sent a picture proving that it was indeed the SN of my FNS9c. They told me there was nothing they could do because it was past the rebate end date. Are you kidding me? This left a sour taste in my mouth. If I would have known that I was going to be scammed, I would have just picked up a Glock for the same price. Extremely disappointed with my first and now 'only' purchase from FN.

Not honoring a rebate offer

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
I purchased an FN FNX 45 tactical on 04/22/2018 and mailed in the form to obtain the Inforce light. I have called a number of times regarding the offer and have been constantly told that it does not yet show up in your system and to another week. The last call at the end of May the rep told me to wait another week and if it was not yet received he had the ability to process it if I sent the S/N of the pistol and the invoice. I called back again today and was told there was nothing they could do to honor the offer. The supervisor that was contacted had the rep tell me to email the information to this email address with the S/N of the pistol and the invoice. If they had simply asked for the documentation to be resubmitted on any of those phone calls I could have done so then rather then being put off and now told they cannot honor the offer.

This was my first and last FN. If you're reading this, give your money to a company that won't scam you.

Terrible Rude

Bought a brand new FNX pistol and sent in for the rebate. Called in to check on the status and they told me my images weren't clear enough to process the rebate. No one contacted me or anything. I call in to check the status and they say the promotion is discontinued and there is nothing they can do. Will never buy any FN products going forward and will tell everyone else not to. I buy between 5-7 guns a year. None will be FN. The guy I spoke with on the phone was extremely arrogant and rude towards me. I was supposed to receive a free sight valued at $200. FN owes me this money. I hope no one will ever buy from them.

Brand New FN 40

From the box...opened, broken down and oiled, then reassembled, put1 box of 50 rounds through it. Has more "wear" on slide and ejection port than 1000 rounds through a Glock 17! The company said...OH WELL....Sent in an email and was sent back a "how to take care of your pistol" video. Amazing that you can spend $600-$900 on their pistols and all you get when you ask why the coating is worn off after 50 rounds through a BRAND NEW WEAPON. The Ejection port and inner workings of the slide showed so much wear after the 50 rounds were put through it that I was concerned with the integrity of the weapon. FN had no response!

This is the best comment I have trolled all day! Do you actually think FNH, the company that produces actual combat firearms also makes air guns?

You should probably reach out to the air soft company that made the gun.Or are you dumb enough to think that FN actually makes air guns
