I have a recycled phone number. I have had this number for 10 years.
These *** keep calling looking for a deadbeat whom they bought a bad debt from looking to collect.
Try to explain and they hang up on me! I try to block there number and they call back using different numbers or

I was told that I needed a FMS number to run EBT government cards with my business. Do you provide this?

50 year old men working at a collection company
Was contacted about a debt I owe an apartment but the caller could not explain to me what the charges were for, which were most likely bogus. I told them to send me a copy of the receipts from the apartment complex to ensure that what I was being charged was actually what the apartment complex had paid for in damages (allegedly).
Mind you the apartment never reached out to me to resolve anything with me after I moved, and apparently sent the debt straight to this company. I told the caller that I owed that company not one cent and that I wanted to dispute this next thing I know I mention an *** that I knew at the company and a week later the item was on my report I will take extreme cautions and make sure this never happens again because I will be filing a case with the better business bureau and anyone else to get both employees terminated. If you think it’s a joke play with me..
Agent Tony Campbell is the agent and weak Cedric Gatling is the supposed to be supervisor. These 5.00 an hour agents don’t have nothing to do but try and collect money from ppl sorry no commission from me

I had set up a payment plan to pay on my student loans in a rehabilitation program through this company. When I lost my job, I asked them if they could cancel my account, since the reason I lost my job makes me unhirable.
I called 3 times, spoke to 3 different people, and the final person I spoke to said he would process the cancel paperwork and have the person handling my account call me. Here it is on my original scheduled payment day, after I spoke to these people over 2 weeks ago, and they are still trying to take money from me, after I told them that I wouldn't have it.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE THEIVES!!

The staff at this company are very unprofessional. The agent I encountered
was Angie Wright.
I was trying to work out a payment plan for six months. She insisted that I pay in three months. I explained to her that I was not able to do that. She then said that she will wait until my account accumulates over $600.00 and then it can go to legal.
Well by the time it will reach $600.00 it will be over the six months it would have taken me to pay it. Then she started randomly talking saying things like I'm arguing with her and I threatened her. I'm over the phone like what is she talking about. I guess she was performing for her co-workers around her.
Then she flagged my account so I can only speak with her. Well screw her I just pay on-line so I don't have to talk to that crazy commission hungry @@@oooo.
Gorilla tactic sales
I was approached by FMS and was told that an investigation pertaining to theft and fraud was underway and that the company needed to speak to the controller or owner of my business. I told them that they had the right person on the line.
The sales pitch started at that point and I stopped them and said I was not interested. I then received 3 more calls within 20 min.
calling me profane names, racial slurs , sexual orientation slurs etc.
The company is headed by a person named Mark Pacious of Maryland. I am insulted and have called Maryland Attorneys General for assistance.
FMS calling for my dead son, won't stop
FMS Inc. of Tulsa, OK, has called multiple times trying to reach my son, Patrick, who died in February 2010.
They would not tell me what they were calling about and would not promise to stop calling unless I sent them a death certificate, which I do not wish to do until I know the nature of their business. Patrick was 20 and had no debts. Tonight I spoke with an individual named Theo Samuels, who hung up on me when I refused to provide a death certificate. I then called another number they use and spoke to someone else, who was just as obtuse as Mr.
Samuels but much ruder. He even asked me, "How do we know your son is really dead?" He then accused me of wasting his time and hung up.
I strongly suspect that FMS is engaging in fraud. One finds many complaints against FMS on CallerComplaints.com.
Keep calling my residence asking for someone I don't know
These people call my home every single day asking for someone I don't know. I have told them I don't know the people but they still keep calling.
They always say they will remove my number but they do not. Now they call and hang up on me when I start raising my voice telling them to stop call me, but they don't stop calling.
Very annoying and a total waste of their time and mine. They are very disorganized if they can't take care of this one small request....remove my phone number, you have the wrong number!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't hang up on unsolicited calls. I listen long enough to determine I have to reason to respond and then I set down the receiver or phone and leave it for 10 - 15 minutes. Ties up their phone line for a while.
