Brought the car in for some bodywork, car returned with broken bonnet release lever

My car was hit while parked and had some damage to the front bonnet. They took the car in to repair the damage but gave it back with a broken bonnet release lever.

When contacting customer service, they said the lever was already broken when they took the car in.

This was not true as the car was immaculate internally.

Very disappointing and frustrating that they did not acknowledge the damage they caused. I had to take the car somewhere else to have this fixed.
