Couldn't get to speak to anybody as dyslexic

I tried your chat link as I've just said I'm dyslexic and couldn't do the writing side of it and I was very slow and the call handler just ended up putting a thing at the end saying rate us and I said I didn't even get anywhere with this very disappointed still hasn't resolved the problem with trying to order flowers from you as my phone keeps saying reload I've had somebody to look at it they can't get it and they said it's a problem your end but as I can't speak to anybody can't sort this out

Flowers were not delivered

Flying flowers said delivery had been made when it hadnt, no reason given. If I hadnt followed up this delivery I would never have known. Company didnt care about disappointment and embarrassment caused. Now I have to wait maybe four days for refund. Disgraceful service.

A problem with my order

I ordered 'Merry and Bright' flowers on 6th December. The flowers that were delivered were a bunch of white roses. I especially avoided white flowers. My order number is FF700******** I have sent several e mails to Flying flowers and have had no response. I am very disappointed and would like a refund please. Thank you

Due to a technical issue, the flowers werent delivered on the Saturday and although I cancelled the order on Saturday, the flowers were delivered on the Monday.

Flowers delivered only fit for dustbin

Delivered 229/08/23 left out package damaged. These flowers were a birthday surprise for my 82nd birthday. Hard earned money was lost on a bunch of almost dead flowers. I know of another person in receipt of a similar delivery unfortunately this lady died later. Order no636834****00. I was appalled that this is acceptable quality for your flowers.

They took the money and did not deliver anything

Avoid this company! No plant was delivered. My seriously ill friend is left without a gift, i have been sent no refund, and they did not even inform me until i chased it up! When I did chase it uo, they said tge plant perished because the courier was unavailable! Completely unacceptable.avoid!

Incompetent delivery
