Due to miscommunication in your Flying Blue account we missed our flight to London. Flight KL1005 / date: 30/5

Flying Blue promisse us a quick checkin but it ended up in a desaster.

One of our group, had te go to the incheck counter. Delay of more than 20 minutes, due to a lack of cooperation of KLM crew.

May 30 was our 50th wedding anniversary and we had booked Hotel and restaurant for that evening te celebrate. with our children and grandchild. We were traveling with 5 person

KLM and partners could not offer an alternative for the same date, Eurostar did.

So we went from Schiphol by train to Rotterdam to catch the Eurostar train to London departure time 15:28 h. We arrived in London at 17:47.

When you are in London you like to go home again. We could not checkin with our flying Blue account.

We made a call to KLM and they said that we were on the list so no problems. Advise come early because of the retur of many football supporters.

At the incheck desk 2 persons of our group of 5 had to pay extra £107,- pp

for going bag becaus they could not show a train ticket. Two of us had threwn away te ticket. Even an overall booking receipt (bill) of Eurostar was not sufficient. In the end we paid £ 214,- in 256,81

I am pissed because the registrition in the Flying Blue account was complete and could be proved with our pasports.

We could prove that we went to London on 30th of may by Eurotrain.

We were refused at Heathrow.

And after paying 256,81 every thing was all-right. But it is more than sad that KLM, who claims to be a reliable organization, questions our identity and integrity.

User's recommendation: If you mis your flight do'nt rely on your Flying Blue account. You provide KLM with all tyour personal information, but if you need this at the incheck later on it is useless to KLM. Than they have other rules: "Geld dat stom is maakt recht wat krom is" that is very unconcerned

J'essaie de me connecter à mon compte flyingblue que je n'ai pas utilisé depuis quelques années (étant à l'étranger) je ne retrouve plus accès à mon compte dont voici le numéro : 211309****

J'ai récemment voyagé avec air france je souhaite ajouter ces miles mais comme mon compte est bloqué je n'arrive plus rien à faire.*

Trying to find out why there is more than my name with my emial

Trying to find a number to sort this out as I cannot find my Flying Blue number is just a waste of time. There is no number shown to contact customer service, so I cannot check in online. It's ridiculous.
