Zero-turn mower bad wiring need help will not respond

I need new wiring, or a diagram of wires; one was taken out of the box. One wire was ripped off; I just need a little help, but nobody will.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.

Good afternoon,
I contacted your customer service (Ester Tupaz) around the 10th of August concerning having my son's zero turn lawn mower we bought from Tractor Supply replaced. It broke, and it is within your warranty period.

Ms. Tupaz and I have emailed back and forth with a quotation number of ( this is from her email: Your quotation S01156 amounting in $ 0.00 is ready for review). Since that time I have called with no one answering and emailing with sporadic responses. Her last response stated it was at the warehouse ready to ship but since then there has been nothing (no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing).
If you need any emails, receipts, or anything else, please let me know.

He got to ride it twice before it broke on him and we cannot afford to replace it.

I hate to lose $300 for this. Thank you with any help you can provide.

User's recommendation: I would not deal with this company. No one will answer the phone, email correspondence is sporadic, and apparently will not warranty their products. We bought a lawn mower from tractor supply and it broke after my son riding it twice. The company has done nothing except give empty

Well after what seems like forever and 200 emails and countless calls our son's zero turn lawnmower was delivered yesterday!!! Don't give up! Keep calling and emailing
