Description of complaint:

My son's godmother purchased a Flybar Spiderman bumper car for his Birthday this past December 2024. At first I charged the bumper car as instructed on the manual for 24hrs before use.

Everything worked well. When the bumper car turned off as it needed to be charged the same charger would not charge the product. I called Flybar gave them the details and they shipped a new charger. The same day this charger arrived on Jan.

2nd we tried to charge the product and it was not charging at all. Called Flybar, sent an email, they was giving me the runaround to first see if the battery is connected, wires are plugged in. I told them i tried all troubleshooting options on manual and nothing worked.

Again i kept on emailing and calling on how to exchange the product as it is still within the warranty scope and first they needed the receipt-i provided, then they needed my address-i provided, then manager Phil will call me-no response. After other several calls and emails ( including to corporate) with no help on this issue, i am here as a last resort.

I need new wiring, or a diagram of wires; one was taken out of the box. One wire was ripped off; I just need a little help, but nobody will.

Good afternoon,
I contacted your customer service (Ester Tupaz) around the 10th of August concerning having my son's zero turn lawn mower we bought from Tractor Supply replaced. It broke, and it is within your warranty period.

Ms. Tupaz and I have emailed back and forth with a quotation number of ( this is from her email: Your quotation S01156 amounting in $ 0.00 is ready for review). Since that time I have called with no one answering and emailing with sporadic responses. Her last response stated it was at the warehouse ready to ship but since then there has been nothing (no confirmation, no tracking number, nothing).
If you need any emails, receipts, or anything else, please let me know.

He got to ride it twice before it broke on him and we cannot afford to replace it.

I hate to lose $300 for this. Thank you with any help you can provide.

We bought a lawn mower from tractor supply and it broke after my son riding it twice. The company has done nothing except give empty

Well after what seems like forever and 200 emails and countless calls our son's zero turn lawnmower was delivered yesterday!!! Don't give up! Keep calling and emailing
