A person that I was chatting sent me a link for my debit card information and I did entered my debit card info. I didnt realize that there was a $49 charge.
I thought they will just verify that it was been paid through Klarna.
I received an email from my bank that it might be a fraudulent transaction. I still didnt get my booking confirmation until now and its more than 24 hours already.

I made a mistake on 2 tickets I purchased. I mistakenly made the dates for July instead of August.
I talked to an individual from Norse- I was very polite to him.
He gave me an option of changing the tickets for 500.00+, he then talked to a Mgr and they lowered it to $400.00+. I asked if there was anyway and and he called me "then told I was stupid" and hung up.
I don"t know how to "drop" a receipt, but my Confirmation number is GB7S9X

Preferred solution: 2 tickets for August, And less of a penalty, maybe $250.00 Or cancel the tickets, hold the money in escrow and allow me to purchase from Norse when they are discounted later

It is always horrible there is no one you can ever talk too. Bad business they have No customer service.

I have a problem with my ticket
I mistakenly made a reservation for me and my grandson for a flight from Rome (FCO) to JFK for July 14. I meant to make the reservation for AUGUST 14 and the agent to whom I was trying to negotiate the change told me I was stupid and hung up on me. Pretty rude for a class airline company.
Ill try it again today.
