No answer since many days for Support Ticket Opened [#191298]
My problem concerns a purchase I made at Simshack 4th june (Cessna 208 Grand Caravan EX HD Series for FSX/P3D) order 90281.
My payment of £23.40 has been proceeded on 6 th june but download of the program and serial number are still blocked with the mention "order pending"
My support demand (ticket 191298) remains without any issue of this strange
behaviour...
Please solve this problem
