Charger light doesn't come on
They mailed the charger promptly, though I still need my warranty credit. Great customer service!.great bike!

Never received bike
My EBike was delivered and was supposed to be signed for. I was working and they left it outside and it was stolen.
And since then I cant seem to get any help. Sara was looking into it we were going back and forth in an email and then nothing.

Never received Babymaker waiting for 8 months
Horrible customer service / the delivery date keeps changing from April to May to June and know July?

Bike failure
After waiting nearly a year for my bike to be delivered, I was able to take it for a ride fewer than 8 times before winter set in. I store my bike inside and cycle the battery each week.
On taking it out for the first ride of the Spring, 9 months after receiving it, the motor would not engage other than the "walking speed". So, total failure.
It has been 5 days since I contacted FLX customer support, and they have not yet seen fit to respond. So, again, total failure.

- Made for short riders

Damaged bike in shipment
Bike delivered over a year ago. Called and left messages, sent emails for resolution.
They conveniently got back over a year later and said bike was out of warranty.
Sounds like they are trying get out of the obligation to fix shipment issues. Horrible customer service.
