Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

I originally placed an order for a pair of yellow and black mma shorts on 4/11/20. I received a shipping confomation and tracking number on 4/14/20. With the covid-19 situation I was understanding that it may take awhile from China. On 6/11/20 I checked with the United States Postal Service to research the tracking. My local post office contacted me and told me they had no additional tracking information on the package or where it was? I contacted Fluory with that information and told me to wait another two weeks before they could release a refund. As of 6/25 still no shorts, and no refund? This is absolutely the worst online experience I have ever had!
