I had taken trial subscription, ended it but they deducted full amount. I have been writing them to refund but they are not refunding the amount. Seems like a scam

Inspite of cancelling auto-pay , an amount of Rs 6248 was deducted and same is not refunded yet. Many times contacted support for no avail. Google Play had confirmed refund, but same is not refunded back to my original payment bank.

Charged a LOT of money without my consent

I woke up this morning to a charge of over 300 dollars. I couldn't identify it, talked to apple - apparently fluentU has been charging me THAT MUCH for years!

I cancelled after the free trial years ago and missed the charges. Now I can't get ahold of them - even the phone number listed here is correct but doesn't get answered.

They only let you e-mail them and won't talk to you. DO NOT sign up for this product.

Never use product charge multiple times
