Never use product charge multiple times

Can you please refund me? I didn't realize I was charged last year and again this year, and I've never used your product.

When I try reaching out to the chat on the website, no one answers, and nothing has been resolved. I want my money back.

This seems like a scam. Don't waste your time and money on this product.
