Terrible customer service! The worst!

I have logged over 300 minutes on hold with Fluent to resolve a panel malfunction. They will not send out a tech. My service has not worked properly for 2 months. They will not repair it. I have spoken with 9 different people - no resolution ... they just say they will call back, and then don't. You wait hours on hold. If you leave your call back number they do not call you back. ARSIMPLY THE

Issues with system

I HATE HATE HATE this company. System never works properly. No one ever answers the phone. Overpriced!!! WAS LIED TOO. Makes you try to fix things yourself. Their own workers tell you that you made a mistake getting this company.Dont
