Fluent Home - Pissed Off
Poor communication, no contract documentation other than their own statements. The only way to get responses is to file a complaint with BBB, and then they provide digital statements and documents that can easily by made by anyone. Every piece of equipment on the system has been malfunctioned for over a year, and not one shred of communication from these twits. Worst company we have ever dealt with. The only reason they even get one star is that zero is not available - DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THESE CROOKS!!!

They are the worst

We moved to a new home and I was willing to transfer my contract to the new home and buy new equipment. Several phone calls to their customer service and I am now in my new place, a different alarm company monitoring it and these idiots still dont know how to pick up a phone and phone a customer back even though I was told they would call me back on 3 different occasions. Now trying to get the contract cancelled and move on. Even willing to pay it out. Waiting for phone calls again. Do not sign up with Fluent. They are a joke!

I need to talk to someone on the phone, Im tired of this *** system that continues to give my household nothing but havoc, the RCMP just arrived at my house without any notification on my end. Id like to talk to a representative as soon as possible!

Terrible customer service! The worst!

I have logged over 300 minutes on hold with Fluent to resolve a panel malfunction. They will not send out a tech. My service has not worked properly for 2 months. They will not repair it. I have spoken with 9 different people - no resolution ... they just say they will call back, and then don't. You wait hours on hold. If you leave your call back number they do not call you back. ARSIMPLY THE

Issues with system

I HATE HATE HATE this company. System never works properly. No one ever answers the phone. Overpriced!!! WAS LIED TOO. Makes you try to fix things yourself. Their own workers tell you that you made a mistake getting this company.Dont

Frustrated

Can't seem to find anyone to help me. I have been told that the company has been taken over by others and then others are taken over by someone else!!! I need help to turn off the 6 beep sound. Whoever has the business had no record of me. Been a customer since 2012!!! Very unhappy!
