6 months, no delivery of paid-in-full items

I paid in full in January 2024 for a sofa, it's now June and I've still not received it. When I contact the company, I've been told 4 times that "it will ship in 2-3 weeks." Another email asked me to hold on until early June and it'd ship the first week in June.

Still Nothing. They're no longer responding to emails.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE throughout my entire experience from purchase, through ZERO communication of when it would be expected to be delivered, to no annswering my phone calls, emails, and only providing a Chat Bot. its near impossible to find their phone number anyway, I always got voicemail and no callback.

Honestly the WORST company Ive ever dealt with. I spent 5K (a pretty penny) on what I thought would be a high quality sofa. And when you spend that kind of money, you expect excellent customer service, that the company WANTS to have happy customers. I also chose Floyd because they are an American company (turns out the products are made overseas anyway as I learned from the delay to multiple ports on its slow delivery to me) Turns out the amount of down feathers in my sink down sofa is so lacking and understuffed that we already hit the frame of the sofa after just having it a couple of Months.

When I FINALLY got through to them via email to ask for new visions or some sort of solution, they never bothered to call, only responded through email that it was past 30 days and I could try selling it on Facebook marketplace if I was unhappy. They could care less if I was a satisfied customer, just telling me to pass it off to someone else. 30 days is hardly enough anyway to see how you live in something of such an investment, and we were away on a trip for several weeks. I am beyond pissed, unsatisfied, and just baffled at how this company has survived.

NO effort to remedy the situation or offer any reasonable solution. I hope this review finds its way to perhaps one person at that company who might care, and I certainly hope other potential buyers can read this.

Bought the Floyd couch back in June and I did not get it until November despite their 4-6 weeks arrival time on their website. The company they use for delivery is terrible, unreliable, customer service is a call center in another country and when you manage to get a hold of someone they just tell you what you are already looking at on your end of the computer which is that your item is delayed, delayed for 2 months more than stated when you purchased it!

despite the dissatisfaction of not having a sofa for almost 5 months when the sofa finally arrived it was nearly impossible to build despite their easy instructions none of the legs lined up properly and some of the screws arent long enough to secure it because of shawdy craftmanship. Honestly its a scam to pay 2k for a couch like this its worth more like 1000 or less. Their quality control is insane, some of the fabric of the cushions does not match properly it feels like they sent a broken sofa that had been returned or their products just lack in quality, worse than ikea but 3 times the price!

Will not be purchasing from them again! Plus their customer service is non existent, for a company that is pretending to be luxury with their certificates of authenticity you would think they would quality control their furniture if they are gonna sell it so expensive.

NO communication, and misleading delivery times!

Ordered sofa in November. With 8-9 weeks ship date.

but they dont note the RIDICULOUS shipping process it goes through, when then. Takes ANOTHER 6 weeks to get your product. impossible to find a number and then get a person on the line, tried chat bots email everything. finally when I get them on the line they just say its the standard runaround process of their delivery company RXO.

THE WORST!!! Im so frustrated and mid February still without my sofa or even a delivery date.

ans theyve already been paid in full. no empathy and just dead end service.

At this point I have to say I would not recommend Floyd AT ALL . I thought I was purchasing a quality product from a quality company but I am having nothing but issues left and right.

The first issue I had , I have to say WAS resolved with no problem. This second issue, well I have not been able to speak with an actual person yet , but was sent an email in response to issue and I must say it is not a good way to solve this problem AT ALL!

I am currently waiting for an actual person to return my call .

Preferred solution: Replacement of this new torn up mattress without having to be the one to pay for someone to remove it to show them proof of donation so I can get my refund or Or having to pay them 100 to come get it.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Floyd actually did agree to picking up defective mattress ( without fee) and replacing the queen size mattress at no cost to me. I felt I had to jump through hoops to get this done but in the end I do feel they did right by me.

Im loving the Floyd brand items but the mattress is evidently crap and dealing with the company on this mattress issue is CRAP! I have tried to actually speak with a person on this issue and still havent been able to.

Never buying from Floyd again

Had the worst experience so far with any company. The items took 8 weeks to get to us only to have missing pieces.

The best part was there was no real tracking for my orders and customer service isnt much help. Although they did give us the missing pieces, it was sent to the wrong address and had to wait ANOTHER 6 weeks to get another shipment.

Id like some kind of money back on the horrible service service. I will never buy from here again, between the disorganization and how long it takes to get your purchase, not worth it at all.
