I was informed—in writing—that Flowyline’s custom-made price was the same as those advertised online for their “moving sale,” but they raised the price 25% when I was about to purchase the item.
Speak with a manager about pricing and get everything in writing.
Flowyline informed me in writing that the price for the 316 Tulipe 28H 16x16 table base for round tabletop dining ($488.80, as per their moving sale) was the same if it was purchased for a glass tabletop that had to be custom-made as it was for a wood tabletop as advertised on their website. With that in mind I had the glass tabletop made and ordered chairs that coordinated with the base.
When I was about to purchase the base, I was told that it would cost $611, since it required additional work.
