The woman answering calls in customer service needs to be on heavy doses of mood stabilizers and this is coming from someone who has worked in customer service and a prior job. She is beyond combative and rude.
Incredibly unnecessary, and absolutely does not make me want to 1.) spend money on this company or 2.) play the game at all.
They only care about players who spend money and ACTUALLY STATE THIS! Which is in my opinion a disgusting and atrocious business practice.
If this site is about cultivating friendships, wouldn't they want as many people on the site as possible?
